Women's Energy Network hosted an event called Double Jeopardy with the topic of How Gender Bias Differs By Race. The event explored how the experience of gender bias differs by race. It is based on a study that was done for Tools for Change where 60 women of color in science were interviewed. The study looks specifically at how women of color experience gender bias and how that experience differs from the experience of white women.
