Client: Johnson County Conservation Board
HBK will complete engineering design and construction management for a new 8,400 square foot pre-engineered operations shop with small office and gathering space. HBK services include site concepting and renderings, civil-site design, structural, MEP and landscape architecture.
Features of the project include a solar array, an additional lean-to for equipment storage, and well and septic design. The County has requested a highly-efficient building, with a design based on LEED principles (will not be LEED certified). HBK will also be providing construction management and owner representative duties.
