Our Tulsa team had a blast at their first food packing event in November and decided to join back up in December to pack even more meals to support their neighbors in Eastern Oklahoma. Together, they packed over 300 pounds of food that will provide over 250 meals.
The U.S.D.A. projects that eastern Oklahoma will soon have the nation’s highest food insecurity rate for children. HBK is proud to support the OK Food Bank on its mission to end hunger in our state by expanding services and quadrupling the amount of food distributed. They are working every day with our community, local farmers, and partners to get families the food they need.
