HBK Graduate Engineer Conor Pausche presented two Museum of Industry Chicago Junior Science Cafes online, the first to Marquette School of Excellence 6th Graders and the second to Maddock School 4th Graders.

Through the MSI Jr. Science Cafes, professionals working in STEM fields discuss their careers with school children and answer questions. Among other things, students asked about CADD training, how many people work on designs and what skills are required to be a great engineer.

CADD is similar to a program used in schools currently, so it was beneficial to see them connect to a real-life working environment in a STEM field.
