In honor of American Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Heritage Month, HBK was grateful to support Joey's Wings for the first time. Our team came together nationwide for a virtual activity learning the history and importance of the art of origami, the significance of the paper crane and Joey's Wings, and its awareness campaign, Cranes for a Cure. Together, each person made their own paper crane. In the end, because of the wonderful participation from our employees, we donated to Joey's Wings in support of its mission to raise awareness about childhood cancer, fund research into kidney cancer affecting children and young adults, and provide support to all those affected.
