HBK Designer Kelsey Worcester is one of several artists using art to show how litter dangerously affects water in storm drains. Through a mural project in Cedar Rapids, Kelsey's paintings provide visual proof about the damage cigarette butts, Solo cups and other trash cause to underground waterways. She says people often think there are filters that protect the water systems beneath the streets but this is not the case.
