Email scammers commonly pose as a well-known company in an attempt to defraud the recipient (known as a “phishing” scam). HBK is aware of recent instances in which scammers have posed as HBK employees and have attempted to make employment offers or conduct other business via e-mail without ever conversing or meeting with an actual HBK staff member. These communications were fraudulent and were not sent or authorized by HBK.
