The National Museum of Mexican Art hosted a sold-out Copitas de Sol: A Spirited Mixer on Sunday, August 1st with support from HBK. There was something for everyone with the sounds of DJ Fanita Banana, small bites from local restaurants, cocktails and neat pours. Guests also enjoyed games of Loteria and handmade t-shirts from Instituto Gráfico de Chicago.

Clearing brush, adding soil to the hiking path, and cutting trees were among the tasks HBKers completed August 4th during the Schuylkill River Trail Clean-up in Philadelphia, PA.
HBK volunteers participated in a Habitat for Humanity build on August 6th in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago. The group assisted with home construction by putting up drywall and weatherproof building wrap among other activities.
HBK hosted the 8th Annual Women’s Energy Summit, “Going Green: Environmental Social Governance Driving the Bottom Line,” on August 10th. The audience included 200 regulators, industry leaders, government officials and community representatives engaged in a dialogue on women leading the industry through crisis and change.

HBK employees cleaned up a main Cedar Rapids thoroughfare August 16th as part of an ongoing commitment.
HBK attended the DuPage Mayors and Managers Council (DMMC) Annual Dinner and Recognition Ceremony on August 18th at the Hilton in Oak Brook.
HBK was pleased to support the 2021 I Gotta Guy Sausage Festival at Galleria Marchetti to benefit the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR). The event included a fabulous silent auction, sausage, and a festive atmosphere.
