James R. Jackson, P.E.
Director - Special Projects
Mr. Jackson has a proven record in the development, coordination and management of Civil Engineering projects. While at HBK Engineering, the main focus of his work has been the management of new underground utility infrastructure projects within the City of Chicago and suburbs. With his extensive experience, Mr. Jackson brings leadership and knowledge to every project.

Mr. Jackson also has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Environmental Engineering and Consulting. In addition to focusing on the study of Environmental Engineering during the course of his Master's Degree, Mr. Jackson worked in the environmental industry during the eight years before he joined HBK Engineering, LLC.

Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering degree and his Masters of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering both from the University of Iowa. Mr. Jackson is a certified licensed professional engineer in the states of Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.
